User Guide for the Depositors' Portal
1. Access the Portal
To connect to your portal, click on the following link:
Once on the dashboard, you will find:
- Current balance
- Number of items in stock
- Income of the year
2. Manage Your Inventory
In the section "Item List", you can see the list of your consignment items with:
- Their price
- The percentage of sharing (split)
- Their status (sold, in stock, etc.)
➡️ "Load More" Button: Allows you to display more entries to view the full list.Â
3. Consult the Transaction History
The section "History" displays the history of sales and movements of items related to your consignment.
Each type of activity is accompanied by an icon for quick identification:
💵 Payment Settled (Balance Settled) → Icon of a billet
🛒 Selling an item → Shopping cart icon
🏷️ Item in stock → Tag icon
📅 Date of the event → Appears when hovering your cursor over the sold item (e.g. a week ago - January 26, 2025)
➡Button "Load More" Allows displaying more entries to view the complete history.
4. Calculate and Retrieve Your Sales
đź“… Every 15th day of the month at 5 PM, you will receive an email informing you that it is time to account for your sales from the previous month.
Two options are available to you to calculate your sales:
- Check the "History" of the portal Add the amounts of sales for the month in question and/or for previous months.
- Use sales notifications Each sale triggers an automatic email that you can use to track your earnings in real time.
đź’˛ Recovery of your earnings
If your total sales are equal to or greater than 50$ :
- Reply to the email below 7 days, specifying the relevant months and the amount to be recovered.
- And bank transfer will be carried out within a period of 7 days.
⚠️ Important : Accept the transfer within the specified time frame, as it will not be sent back a second time.
If your total sales are less than $50:
- You can accumulate your winnings up to 50$ before making a payment request.
- You can request a bank transfer immediately, subject to a fee of 1,50$ (please indicate the relevant months and the total amount).
- You can get your money back in in-store cash (350 Duluth East Avenue) by taking appointment by email.
Important points
⚠️ Regularly track your sales to avoid any omission. If we do not hear from you for 2 months, of the 15% service fee can be applied to the amount of your sales.
đź“Ś Payment requests received after the deadline will not be processed.. The gains will be carried over to the following month.
📢 Specificity for depositors before June 2024 You do not have an individual account on the portal, but you will receive an email notification in case of sale.
