Return and Exchange Policy

All return or exchange requests must be made in-store or sent by email to info@boutiquebeesknees.com within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from the date of purchase or receipt of the order.

Returned items must be in their original, unaltered condition and include their tags.

No refunds will be issued. An exchange or store credit may be offered depending on the situation.

Sale, promotional, clearance, or final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Bee's Knees reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions stated above and to modify this policy at any time, without prior notice.
