Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Fabrication
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Exchange Policy
All return or exchange requests must be made in-store or sent by email to info@boutiquebeesknees.com within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours from the date of purchase or receipt of the order.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unaltered, and with their tags.
No refunds will be issued. An exchange or store credit may be offered depending on the situation.
Sale items, promotional items, clearance items, or items identified as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or issued a store credit.
Bee's Knees reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above and to modify this policy at any time, without prior notice.
